Adsorption Properties of Nano⁃Lithium Silicate

Nanosized lithium orthosilicate sorbent has been prepared by precipitation, and its CO
2
capture performance has been evaluated. The particle size of the adsorbent is small and uniform, which leads to a significant reduction of the calcination temperature and desorption temperature, thus greatly reducing the process energy consumption. Under optimum calcination temperature, relative higher kinetic absorption capacity, i.e., 17.8% within 5 minutes under volume fraction 12.5% CO
2
model flue gas stream by absorption⁃desorption cyclic test, has been obtained. Static CO
2
absorption test at different temperatures were well fitted by the double exponential model, demonstrating the double shell mechanism. The rate⁃determining step, Li diffusion rate from the bulk to the surface, was greatly improved even in low⁃CO
2
⁃concentration model flue gas owing to its nano⁃scale character. Therefore, this study has provided a simple and efficient preparation method for nanosized ceramic sorbents, which is promising for thermo⁃swing fluidized bed process.

The matching relationship between the size of SMG-mm crosslinked polymer microspheres and the pore size of the nuclear membrane was studied by filtration experiments. The results show that the plugging effect of the microspheres with different pore sizes is very different, and there is a membrane pore size matched with the size of the microspheres. When the concentration and membrane pore size are the same, the pressure has a significant effect on the filtration results. In a certain concentration range, with the increase of concentration of microspheres dispersed system and filtration pressure, plugging effect is better. While when the concentration exceeds the optimum value, the performance of the plugging effect is more terrible; SEM observation results show that the effective plugging can be formed when the diameter of the microspheres and the pore size of the membrane are the best match.

For the exposed crude oil pipelines,the heat capacity of oil in pipelines was much smaller than that in surrounding soil,so the cooling rate of exposed line was much faster than that of the buried line.And it becomes the key to limit shutdown time of oil transport line.Based on the bare hot oil pipeline thermal and hydraulic characteristics, established a pipeline shutdown temperature drop mathematical model.Use finite difference method after simplifying the model,changed the heat transfer partial differential equations into a system of linear equations,then used iterative method to calculate.Compile program diagram of the shutdown temperature drop of temperature field,calculated temperature distribution during different shutdown time.Compared the temperature of the governing center, 1/2 radius of the wall, developed a viable intermittent oil
transportation program.
